My current research and professional engagement centres on dementia prevention and public health education. I am developing a structured prevention awareness campaign aligned with UK public health priorities, with particular focus on early intervention, community education and workforce sustainability.
This work integrates voluntary and professional contributions across community organisations and partner agencies, contributing to broader discussions on preventative health policy and behavioural change.
The project engages with emerging dementia policy discourse and prevention science, translating evidence into accessible educational frameworks.
In parallel with long-form research and policy development, I produce concise, evidence-informed short-form outputs — including 1–3 minute video insights, analytical posts and structured carousel features — designed to communicate complex psychological and public health themes with clarity and precision.
These short-form pieces operate as tools of knowledge translation, bridging academic research, policy discourse and public understanding. The series addresses dementia prevention literacy, behavioural risk awareness, identity psychology, emotional intelligence and the cultural determinants of health, ensuring that evidence is presented in an accessible yet academically grounded format.
